Greystripe has a warrior's spirit; she's fiesty and aggressive when needed. She can be silent as a shadow when hunting. Being a mother though, Greystripe also has a caring and nurturing attitude, especially towards her kittens. She's rather loyal and trusting, so when trust is broken she doesn't take it lightly.

Description:

: Greystripe has dark brown eyes that are always watching her surroundings. Her pelt is primarily gray and with darker, black striped going along her. She is a Cyprus Shorthair. She is a little smaller than average, but she makes up for that in aggressiveness when called for.

History:

Greystripe had started out a kittypet named Stripes, but the kittypet life just didn't seem to suit her. As she grew older this feeling of needing to escape did too. Her owners were going on a vacation and when they left they had left a window open by mistake. Now it did take a couple days to get her courage up, but Stripes escaped out the window and into the forest. She spent a few moons as a loner, learning her way around the forest. She learned how to hunt quickly, and what plants were poisonous, and a few that were good. However just when she was contemplating if she should just go back to the kittypet life, Stripes stumbled on to Windclan.

It wasn't an exaggeration to say she was a bit scared of the cats. There were so many of them! After being led to the leader's den to explain her story, she was accepted and renamed Greystripe. Sure she was a little old to be an apprentice by this time, but she was assigned a mentor to help her refine her skills. Yes, Greystripe settled in to Clan life quite well. She learned about the other clans, and had met some during different gatherings. There was one cat, a Riverclan cat named Rocktail, that caught her attention most. It wasn't long before they were sneaking away from their clans to spend time together.

Then Greystripe discovered she was pregnant. She had to come clean about the relationship, and Rocktail was allowed to be with her when the time got closer for her to give birth. She had two kits, a little girl that was named flowerkit and a boy named windkit. When they were a little older the kits were given a choice of which parent they wanted to live with. Windkit chose to live in Riverclan with Rocktail. Flowerkit chose to stay in Windclan.

Things were so bad for a while, they would meet in neutrail territory every so often so they could talk and the kits could play. Yet Greystripe sensed something was wrong. Rocktail seemed distracted and sometimes even disinterested. Not too long later Windkit told her about a she-cat in Riverclan that had been spending a lot of time with them. Then Rocktail told her in their last meeting that he had found someone new, and she should too. Greystripe knew that she shouldn't have been so upset over these words. She knew it couldn't last forever, but that didn't lessen the pain.

Greystripe explained to Flowerkit that they wouldn't be seeing her father and Windkit anymore because they were 'going to be very busy from now one'. Then Greystripe focused on her skills, and taking care of Flowerkit, as well as helping around in the nursery and anywhere else she saw she could help out. She hasn't met anyone new, and it doesn't truly bother her, but deep down Greystripe wouldn't mind finding someone she could be with again, in a relationship that would last.
