It's now 5 years after the Blight. Teyrn Loghain is now a Gray Warden, Alistair has run off to seclude himself because you have given the crown to Anora and spared her father's life. The Gray Wardens have set up their base camp in Arl Eamon's Estate in Denerim. Recruitment continues to build the Wardens to build up and train for yet another inevitable Blight. Because there always will be another. The Gray Wardens can feel it in their blood.
What was not made public though was that King Maric and Queen Rowan had a younger daughter named Adrianna Theirin. The only record of her birth is on the scrolls that are locked in the Circle of the Magi under the heavy guard of the Templars. Cailan never knew of his sister as Maric had suspicions that someone was out to assassinate him and/or his family. To hide her and keep her safe, shortly after the peace between Ferelden and Orlais, Maric arranged for Adrianna to be sheltered there and raised in the Royal castle of Orlais.
Knowing who she was and kept abreast of the events in Ferelden, Adrianna has already been informed of Alistair being her half brother, just as well her own brother knew. The unfortunate event for the Princess of Ferelden was that she was never able to meet her own brother Cailan before his death.
Upon the end of the Blight, she'd heard that Anora was crowned Queen, Teyrn Loghain was now a Gray Warden and her half brother Alistair had left because of the incident at the Landsmeet. Immediately she returned to Ferelden escorted by the Royal Guards of Orlais.
Reaching the Circle of Magi, Adrianna approached First Enchanter Irving who presented her with with the records of her birth and Templars escorting her to Denerim to rightfully claim the throne. She would not stand for the absurdity of their actions. Presenting the scrolls of her birth records, she banishes both Anora and Teyrn Loghain out of Denerim.
Since Loghain was banished, he set off for Warden's Keep in an attempt to rebuild the Keep in the hopes that someday the Gray Wardens would be able to return to their one time home to build their ranks. Whilst he did this, the other Gray Wardens stayed in Denerim at Arl Eamon's Estate.
Adrianna called for Alistair to come home to Denerim and take his place amongst the royal house of Theirin. Alistair has come home because Loghain and Anora have been banished. He is now the head of the Gray Wardens in Denerim.
Queen Adrianna has given the Dalish elves what they wished for. Their own land. The elves are no longer treated as second class citizens.
Morrigan has been seen wandering around the various lands. The rest of your party has gone their separate ways. Who knows, you may meet again one day.
What happens next? The destiny lies with you....
