Rowanpaw is a quiet little thing, preferring not to speak unless spoken to, or unless he absolutely has to. He prefers to be an observer of the outside world, quietly taking in his surroundings and the cats around him, although not making judgments until absolutely sure of them. Unlike most apprentices, who are hard-headed and excitable, Rowanpaw is quite hard to get a rise out of, surprise, or excite; he's always expecting something in some form or another.

Some who don't know him well may think he's cold or aloof, and sometimes this is true; he doesn't find himself caring much about things that are happening around him, instead choosing to watch and make his own decisions. His cool nature leads him towards being reclusive, although he does hold loyalty and his own kind of love to the Clan that took him in. He doesn't mind being alone - in fact, he prefers it over sharing tongues with his Clan mates or being with others, though not to an extreme extent.

Although the young cat is cool and not bothered by things, no cat could doubt his loyalty to the Clan - he's grateful for them raising him even though he wasn't Clan born, and enjoys the belonging and loving feelings it gives him. He shows no hostility to cats outside his own Clan, although he would never show warmth to them, and would defend his own territory and clan-mates in a heartbeat if they showed desire to harm either.

Description:

Rowanpaw has medium length russet colored fur, with darker crimson tips along the fringes. His awfully small paws are what seem to be mostly russet, fading ever so slightly to a burnt black color directly at the tips. His tail matches the coloring of his body, though near the tip there are a few stray black speckles rimmed with darker crimson. The young toms eyes may be what stand out the most with his rather plain pelt, for they are a wildly Celtic blue. However, the striking blue is rimmed ever so slightly with a faint silver, causing many to ponder as to what intentions truly lie behind them.
