The four Clans - WindClan, ShadowClan, RiverClan, and ThunderClan have thrived for many, many seasons after Firestar's death. Everything is peaceful until many cats decide to betray their families, mates... and all four Clans. These cats have called themselves decoys, and they are a gang of bloodthirsty mongrels just waiting to kill anyone. The more cats they slaughter, the higher reputation they have among themselves.
"He's a devil in disguise, a snake with blue eyes."
The catch is, you won't know who is a decoy until it is too late. You see, they keep it in secret so nobody knows to accuse them. Your own mate could be a decoy, your so called friend... or perhaps even your leader. So the decoys act like loyal warriors until one cat is all alone in the middle of the night... that's when they strike. Only the leaders and medicine cats know of these decoys, and they won't tell anyone else in fear of wrecking havoc among all cats of the four Clans. So they decoys and cats that share tongues with StarClan only know that decoys exist.
"...and he only comes out at night."
So you can decide. Do you want to be a loyal warrior fighting for his Clan, or would you rather be a decoy fighting against it? Do you want to be strong and proud, protecting the weak? Or do you want to hide out in the shadows, waiting for your next kill? It's up to you whether you want to be apart of the good or evil in this decoy dream. You're either just a good cat in disguise or the next one on the murder list.
